The Charlestown neighborhood of Boston is renowned for churning out a high number of armed robbers, generation after generation. 1931. Mike Sullivan and Connor Rooney are two henchmen of elderly Chicago-based Irish-American mobster John Rooney, Connor's father. Ben Campbell is a young, highly intelligent, student at M.I.T. in Boston who strives to succeed.
